Rekvira

Terms of service

Effective 2026-09-01.

These terms are the agreement between you and the operator of rekvira.com, which this document calls "we". Using Rekvira means accepting them.

What Rekvira does

Rekvira is an MCP server. You connect it to an AI assistant, and that assistant gets tools to search, read and verify official EU regulation text: articles, paragraphs, recitals and annexes: with pinpoints and a data_as_of timestamp on every answer.

We aggregate official public regulation texts from EUR-Lex. We are not a law firm, we do not give legal advice, and we do not tell you whether you are compliant. Pinpoints and sources are what we provide; the compliance conclusion is yours.

The Founding Beta

Rekvira is in Founding Beta. During the beta the keyless trial is free, prices are shown so you can see what it will cost, and nothing is charged. Locking founding pricing records your interest at that rate. It does not create a payment obligation and it does not oblige us to supply the service at that price indefinitely. If we begin charging we will tell you before any charge is made, and you will be free to decline.

Collection stays deferred until the operator clears the legal-entity gate in config/launch.json.

Pre-registered traction-read signal names for the founding-beta period are on https://rekvira.com/pricing#founding-beta-read Machine-readable values appear on https://rekvira.com/api/status when launch clocks start.

What we do not promise about the data

Every tool response carries a data_as_of timestamp, and the coverage page at https://rekvira.com/coverage says when each regulation was last fetched. We tell you how fresh the corpus is so that you can judge it; we do not warrant that it is complete, current, or correctly interpreted for your situation.

Before you rely on any pinpoint for a compliance decision, read the official source we cite.

We do not offer a service level agreement, an uptime guarantee, or a guaranteed freshness interval unless we publish one separately.

Your account and API keys

Keep your API key secret. Anything done with it is treated as done by you. Tell us at hello@rekvira.com if it is exposed and we will revoke it.

One account is for one organisation. Do not share access outside it.

Acceptable use

Use the service as a working tool for regulation research, not as a way to bulk-extract the corpus or to automate conclusions you present as legal advice without review.

What we may do

We may change, suspend or withdraw features, and we will record material changes on the changelog at https://rekvira.com/changelog.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Rekvira is provided as-is. We are not liable for decisions you or your organisation make using regulation text retrieved through the service.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Lithuania unless mandatory consumer protection in your country requires otherwise. When the registered legal entity is published, these terms will name it exactly as filed.
