The agreement between you and the operator of rekvira.com, in plain words.
In short
- We are not a law firm, we do not give legal advice, and we do not tell you whether you are compliant.

These terms are the agreement between you and Kiznis Studio, the operator of rekvira.com, which this document calls “we”. Using Rekvira means accepting them.
What Rekvira does
Rekvira is an MCP server. You connect it to an AI assistant, and that assistant gets tools
to search, read and verify official EU regulation text. That means articles, paragraphs,
recitals and annexes, with pinpoints and a data_as_of timestamp on every answer.
We aggregate official public regulation texts from EUR-Lex. We are not a law firm, we do not give legal advice, and we do not tell you whether you are compliant. Pinpoints and sources are what we provide; the compliance conclusion is yours. Rekvira is not affiliated with, or endorsed by, the European Union, the Publications Office (EUR-Lex) or any regulator.
The Founding Beta
Rekvira is free during the Founding Beta. No payment is taken during the beta, and using the service does not create a payment obligation. Any change to this is announced in advance, and you are free to stop using Rekvira.
What we do not promise about the data
Every tool response carries a data_as_of timestamp, and
the coverage page says when each regulation was last checked. We tell you how
fresh the corpus is so that you can judge it. We do not warrant that it is complete,
current, or correctly interpreted for your situation.
Before you rely on any pinpoint for a compliance decision, read the official source we cite.
We do not offer a service level agreement, an uptime guarantee, or a guaranteed freshness interval unless we publish one separately.
Your account and API keys
An account is required for every tool and is free on the beta plan. You create it by confirming the sign-in email we send to the address you give; give only an address you control.
Keep your keys and the session value your assistant holds secret. Anything done with them is
treated as done by you. If one is exposed, revoke it with rekvira_account or tell us at
hello@rekvira.com and we will revoke it. One account is for one person; do not share it.
Plan choice and deletion
Nothing is charged during the beta. Telling us which plan you would choose records your interest only: it is not an order and creates no obligation for you or for us.
You can export or delete your account at any time from your assistant with
rekvira_account; deletion is confirmed from your inbox. We may suspend an account that
breaks the acceptable-use rules below.
Acceptable use
Use the service as a working tool for regulation research. Do not use it to bulk-extract the corpus, or to automate conclusions that you present as a legal opinion without review.
What we may do
We may change, suspend or withdraw features. Material changes are announced on this page with the date of the change, rather than by quietly replacing it.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Rekvira is provided as-is. We are not liable for decisions you or your organisation make using regulation text retrieved through the service.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Lithuania unless mandatory consumer protection in your country requires otherwise.
